  • Why choosing our products?

Sardines, Mackerel and Horse Mackerel, are fished with our “RSW” vessels, and we own the whole chain from the sea, to the final product, without using any outside vendor. To ensure optimal quality of our product. Storage process during fishing is done with RSW system: to cool fish to between 0 ° and 2 ° C using refrigerated sea water. Our plants’ locations are based in the Dakhla port, are closed to the fishing location. The canning process takes less than 5 hours: from unloading fish to having the final product in tins. Synergy and coordination of all companies guarantees minimum levels of histamine, and maximum quality and outstanding flavour.

A new and passionate step which King Pelagique has recently embarked upon, involves creating a Private Label Product Service for the general food trade, integrating its outstanding quality but at an affordable price; and to develop a ready-made component for the catering sector, which fits the needs of small, medium and big players in the service industry. This product is aimed to fulfill innovative product design, outstanding flavor, texture and shape, which will surprise you and your customers. Unique in a very competitive market-desirable as a modern consumer product.
